Regulatory position

Alternainvest is an advisory firm. We are not a bank, a credit institution, a payment institution or a licensed investment adviser, and we do not carry out any activity that requires such a licence. Our work is limited to preparing, structuring and negotiating financing on behalf of corporate clients.

How we work with client information

Financial information shared with us is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before any file is reviewed. Lender approaches are made only against a written mandate naming the institutions we may contact.

Fee principles

• Fees are agreed in writing before work starts, as a retainer, a success fee, or both.
• We never charge an advance fee in return for a promise or guarantee of funding.
• We disclose any commercial relationship that could affect a recommendation.
